We develop novel microscopy tools and apply them to answer biological questions on the nano-scale. Our applications include: Dynamic 3D nanoscopic imaging, multicolor fluorescent microscopy, flow-profiling, and live DNA observation. The lab is highly interdisciplinary, and the tools we use range from optical element design, through machine learning, to molecular biology.
